Sorry. No returns. No refunds. All sales are final. However, we accept exchanges if you wish to exchange for a different size. All items to be exchanged must be in their original (new), unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached. You may exchange within 14 DAYS of your original purchase (domestic only), please email us at email@example.com if you wish to do so.

- USPS standard shipping = $5.00
- USPS Priority shipping = $10.00; up to $50.00 insurance is included in the shipping price.
- USPS International Shipping = $30.00 plus tax & duties upon arrival; up to $100.00 insurance is included in the shipping price.

- USPS International Shipping = calculated at checkout (varies by country) + tax & duties upon arrival; up to $100.00 insurance is included in the shipping price.

Try these 3 steps.
- Sometimes the USPS can mix mailboxes. Ask your neighbor if they might have gotten your package by mistake.
- Call your local post office and give the USPS your tracking number. They will be able to tell you what the delay is caused by.
- Finally, if the USPS cannot help you. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if the package got returned to us because of an invalid address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DISCLAIMER
We use USPS to ship all international orders. All customers will receive a tracking number via USPS. * We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages *
Once we ship your item and it goes overseas we cannot control the rest of your item’s journey to you. If something goes wrong, you can contact your country’s customs office to ensure your package gets to you safely.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders. All sales are final. International orders may get an import tax on their purchases. We do not control this, so please keep in mind of that tax when you are ordering from a country outside of the United States.
If your order was placed Monday through Thursday, it may be shipped the same day, but most likely the day after.
If your order was placed Friday prior to 12:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day. If not, it will be shipped on Monday.
After 1-2 business days of ordering, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you haven’t received this, your order may have been flagged for possible fraud. Please email us at email@example.com to verify your order.
We ship from Southern California. Addresses in the west coast may have faster deliveries compared to addresses in the east coast.
International orders should expect up to 14 business days to deliver to the associated country. However, your package may be stuck at customs for an undetermined amount of time, and it may be awaiting further duties and taxes. This may vary from country to country. Please call your national carrier to get an update on your package.
USPS standard shipments should be delivered within 2-7 business days from the date shipped, depending on location.
USPS Priority shipments should be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date shipped, depending on location.
Note: Holidays, high volume seasons, or inclement weather may delay shipping.
When your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number from USPS.
We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country. We also accept PayPal.
